I booked this place because the ocean view photos looked really nice, but from our table we mostly saw the parking lot and people walking by. Maybe I just misunderstood what the view would be like, but it definitely wasn’t what I had in mind. The food was fine, nothing bad, but I still left feeling a little disappointed. I probably wouldn’t come back just for the view

We visited with our kids, and it just didn’t really feel like the most family-friendly place. The staff seemed a bit annoyed at times, though maybe we just caught them on a bad day. Overall, the kids didn’t feel especially welcome, so I’m not sure we’d go back as a family

Not worth it. Paid too much. Got very little. Just felt overpriced for what it was.

We stopped in for a few drinks and ended up having a really good time with the live music. It had a super chill vibe, the crowd was fun, and it just felt like one of those easy nights out, you know? I’d definitely go back

I’m usually skeptical when a company says things like “fast service” or “minimal wait,” because that kind of polished wording doesn’t always mean much. But i hardly had to wait at all. It was super quick.

My mai tai tasted a little watered down, and my friend’s margarita was sweet, maybe too sweet for our taste. They were still drinkable though, and they came out quickly, which was nice.

I’m not saying the place was bad or anything, because the service was totally fine and the vibe was nice. I tried the fish tacos, and they were decent, but not something I’d go out of my way to order again. I tried the burger at Captain Jack’s Maui, and based on how it actually came out, I wouldn’t order it again. Finding parking was way harder than it should’ve been!!! We were already annoyed before we even got inside, so yeah... it definitely killed the mood a bit!!

I know Maui activities aren’t cheap, so I wasn’t expecting a bargain, but the extra costs added up faster than I thought. When I brought it up, it kind of felt like my concerns were brushed off instead of really acknowledged.
It wasn’t a bad experience, just not one that felt like the best value. I might consider going with them again if there was a discount or a clearer breakdown of costs upfront.
